In dealing with mother nature one key issue is always fencing. We offer in depth and detailed fence evaluations that highlight key entry points of all types of wildlife. In addition, we will evaluate areas of concern that will become a problem in the future. In the report we will give suggestions on how to best repair the fence based on the animals that are entering so that the fences will keep the unwanted animals out for as long as possible. Wildlife Conflict Solutions can also handle all the repairs that are needed to secure the fence in a professional and timely manner if so choose.

When planning a fencing project, considering the wildlife in the area is a must. We consult with land owners and property managers on the best fencing materials needed when dealing with specific animals as well as the placement of the fence to minimize wildlife conflicts out of the gate.

If you have an issue with gophers or moles, Wildlife Conflict Solutions will help you identify what animal is causing damage and then deal with the issue in a professional and timely manner. When it comes to these animals, it is important to take action as soon as you start seeing evidence. They do not just go way and the problem will get worse the longer you wait.

When it comes to dealing with the problem there are two options:

  • We can come in and deal with the issue for you. We will come out and set as many traps as we can in the areas that you are having an issue. If it is a public access area we will stay on site to ensure that there are no issues. If the issue is on private property we will leave the set traps overnight.  Depending on the severity of the issue we will give you recommendations on the length of trapping that will be required to deal with your issue. Most residential issues can be handled in three or less trap days.

  • The other option is that we can come out and teach you how to trap these animals yourself. We will spend 1 ½- 2 hours on site with you showing you the ins and outs of trapping, give you 6 traps and a digging tool.

For large scale agriculture operations, we also provide educational courses that are tailored toward those attending. These courses can be set up to host as few or as many attendees as you would like, they will generally last 2-2 ½ hours of hands on instruction and each attendee will leave with 12 traps and a digging tool as well as the skills and knowledge to maintain the gopher problems in the future.
